Solve : HTTP Server?

hey, not sure if this is a post for windows but, it could be related..

i installed Apache HTTP Server this morning and got it up and running..

after i tried MAKING the folder the server was connected to a shared network drive.. it STOPPED working.. so i redid everything and restarted my pc.. and it's still not working..

please HELP
