Answer» Hi, I initially and always have been the administrator on my pc, but recently none of the users on my pc, including me, are recognized as the admin. and I don't know why. The only time I can access control panel is when I am logged on as Guest and then I cannot GET into the add/remove programs area because a message pops up that I have to be the admin. to do that but I cannot LOG in as the admin. anywhere on my pc. HELP! I have also installed Norton 360 to get rid of viruses caused by my son, but can't CONFIGURE it because everything is so messed. I get BAD IMAGE messages everytime I click on something as WELL.
