I downloaded everything but i deleted windows live messenger, then i went to download it again it said i ALREADY still had it but i coudnt find it ={, and now when i try to download it it wont download ={

Have you checked Add/Remove Programs ? ?I went to all programs and deleted it from there
and where do u find add/remove programs?All you did was delete the icon. GO to Control Panel - ADD/REMOVE
