1.	Solve : I can't get past the "windows is starting up..." page.?
Answer» I am having ISSUES with my laptop...it is a HP and I have WINDOWS XP. Basically, when I TURN it on everything goes smoothly until it gets to the “windows is STARTING up…” page. It freezes there every time and I have pressed every button and combination of buttons on my keyboard and I cannot get past this page. Help? Some details about the laptop and what happened prior to this could prove helpful.
