Like what version of windows are you using?
What internet browser?

--Zylstra Is your modem turned on? Plugged in?
We'll need more info. Please give us a little more information...

Operating system and Service Pack, what browser you are using, how are you connected to the Internet, are you on a network, what security software do you have installed, etc., etc.

The more information you provide us, the BETTER suited we are to help you.

Also merged from OTHER section.
--ZylstraI am using Windows XP. The internet browser is interner explorer. The only website I can't access is www.utoronto.ca (the UNIVERSITY of toronto site). The internet connection is cable (so I assume it is broad band). When I click on the web ADDRESS nothing happens. When I type in the we address it STOPS after four bars, but it doesn't go to the site.

Is that enough info. Please LET me know if u need more. Thanks a million. The page loads fine for me...

If this is the only page you can't get to, try clearing your temporary Internet files and visiting the site again.

The site may have been experiencing problems or heavy server load when you tried to visit it before, as well..... or try firefox
