When i CLICK on the dougknox file..i save it and try to run it, when i hit run it tells me about the publisher warning..the only options then are to click ok or cancel, when i hit ok, it then PROMPTS the message...what program do you want to run it.Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open task manager. In task manager click on new task. The "create new task" window should appear. TYPE in %SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and click OK. Does system restore open now?
