Solve : I can't play DVD's? |
|
Answer» Hello, Up untill last week i could play DVD's on my laptop, and all of a sudden an Error message started to come up. Stating:The DVD cannot be played. Key exchange for DVD copy protection FAILED. On occasion i have MANAGED to get a DVD to play, but it will have no sound - (i can listen to music stored on my computer though, so i no its not the computer), but more often than not that message appears. Im using genuine DVD's bought from shops, not copies, and i have played them all many times before, so i know its not the dvd's. Ive tried to play them on RealPlay, Microsoft media player and Power cinema and i get the same message for each of these programmes. Ive also tried to re-download the programmes, and i get the same message. Ive also tried a system restore, this didn't work. Im using a Packard Bell Easynote L laptop, and it runs Microsoft Windows XP. Any idea's? This is driving me mad. Thanks in advance. JenJen x xYou should have used your Google button: |
