Solve : i cant get admin permission ,but i am admin?

I cannot delete or Add files such as Pic,music ECT, it keeps saying not permitted I need administrator Permission , but am AdminSome DIRECTORIES can not be deleted. Also, some files.
Give some specific EXAMPLES, please.Is there more than 1 user account on this PC ? ?
If so are you SURE you are logged in as Admin ? ?
