Answer» Hello, Im having a problem. I cant open my email. I have Comcast and I cant open it. I go to Comcast.net and when I try to open the mail, it shows it loading but it takes forever and it shouldnt take forever. It never has before. I cant even get in touch with them VIA email because I cant get into it. Should I just call Comcast and tell them I cant get into my email or can someone help me on here?CLEAR your browser history, cache, and cookie and try again. If that doesn't work, I would suggest calling Comcast.Well, I checked my email and its OK. I was ABLE to get into the email so WHATEVER problem I had is over. I wonder what it was?
