It SEEMS that you want to recover your system, what you could do is you can repair your machine by following the below mentioned steps:

1). Download the XP ISO files from the below link and write it on a CD ROM.
     

2). Boot you machine from the above created CD ROM.

3). Select boot from CD ROM and select Repair.

4). Follow the setup screen for the further installation.

The DLoad of the Recovery Console is perfectly legal and can be posted...

However the DLoad that was from the Link Removed was a pirated butcher Russian copy of XP.

I don't believe in this instance the RC would solve the issues...it's beyond that point.
