Answer» my usb cables dont work on my LAPTOP but work on other devices like my wii console. now my laptop CANT recognize my ipod and my phone. now i cant post my pics and vids on my computer. i got the laptop for christmas last year and i NEVER had this problem til yesterday. can someone help me out?If the laptop was purchased last xmas can you take it back under a one year warranty?my dad got it for me so i dont know but can someone give me a solution thank u for responding thoughYou could always go into control PANEL look for device manager and SEE if there are any yellow exclamation marks.
