Solve : I restored my computer but two new problems arose...?

Answer»

I RESTORED my computer using a "non-destructive restore" and I still have most of my files, but somethings are not right. Number one, my Hard drive which was previously labeled Z: is now Labeled C: and now gets data put onto it that I do not want, when in fact should be put onto my Local Disk...which instead of being C: is now D:. So how can I switch back or fix this...?

Second, All my programs are not showing up except when I go look for them in program files, what HAPPENED to all my programs?Sounds like you actually creates another WINDOWS install...
Post a screenshot of Disk Management so we can see how your drives are laid out...How do I get to that screen? I guess I am just not sure what you mean...Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk ManagementQuote from: Allan on November 13, 2009, 08:12:20 AM

Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management

and press Alt+PrintScreenSysRq
paste it in paint , save and upload hereHere it is, I do have a feeling that my issues are related to the fact that my computer can't decide which hard drive to store main files...

[Saving space, ATTACHMENT deleted by ADMIN]So is there a way for my computer to switch which one it reads as main, or do I need to give more info?
