hellllpppppp.... grrrrr... my computers freaking out on me... its sick! ill be playing scrabble... then the pointer just moves all crazy and then all my programs FREEZE while my pointer is still moving but i CANT click on anything. so i have no choice but to turn off my poor computer. so when i try to turn it BACK on i have trouble and it takes me to a BLUE screen and it says "STOP" with a line of zeros! i was told i have to REFORMAT it but im worried that my music, videos, and pictures might have the virus which spread onto my external harddrive.... is that possible? and how do i reformat it!? or WHAT DO I DO!???We need all thse zeroes...exact message whether it looks like gibberish or not...
Post back.Ok generally Virus's cannot be JPG files or music files only programme files. Thats not gospel by the way. You need to do a system restore and make sure you do a full system check something like Norton or whatever anti virus you have also may be download malware-bytes. It works for most my friend. But a virus cannot be a JPG file its impossible or generally a video file. Im no expert mate so you may wanna hang on for a better bit of advice..
