1.	Solve : I think my internet settings are messed up? (Win7)?
Answer» Well on my LAPTOP, I get about 1.5 mbps on a speed test and on this computer, I get .25 mbps. It's obviously not my internet, so what is it? I might have accidentally changed some settings. Well when I was using utorrent (legal purposes, I assure you) I messed with a bunch of settings foolishly trying to speed my download speeds. Idk if that would affect it, because I don't even use utorrent anymore.Oh jeez, never MIND. I opened utorrent for the first time in a long time and a long-forgotten torrent from months AGO was hogging the bandwidth. I feel pretty STUPID, sorry for wasting your time.No PROBLEM.
