Random freezing could either be software or hardware. 1. Something could be faulty on hardware compnents due to thermal or overheating. Have you monitored hardware temps? 2. Virus Infection. 3. Out of date drivers. 4. Installed more than one protection software, antivirus. What particular antivirus softwares,scanners are you using? 6. The program or software itself. Are you running intensive games on this PC? 7. An upgrade that REQUIRES a higher Power supply wattage. What is your current PSU supply output? 8. Faulty or bad RAM. |
