Solve : IE icon?

1.	Solve : IE icon?
Answer» The IE icon is faulty... I tried everything, all programs... all tricks... but it is still corrupt... What can I do? Where can I find the corrupt registry entry? Programs apparently won't find it. Of course I also tried to change the icon in folder options, with Microangelo... It just won't do it... :-? Any help WOULD be greatly APPRECIATED! JohnIf you're using IE6,(didn't say) my say would be UNINSTALL/reinstall explorer. If you uninstall your system is supposed to revert to the previous version, then re-install 6. Have you run anti-virus, spyware,etc programs? You may just have a bug somewhere. If you do uninstall, afterwards go to the programs folder, look for Inernet Explorer folder, open & should be an installer there. If it was deleted too then just go to MS UPDATES & download there.
