Answer» Everyday I have to turn the whole computer off before Internet Explorer will open. Is there a problem with the START up menu or what?You have to turn OFF the computer to get IE? I think you need to explain the problem a little better.Each day when I start to work, I click IE on the bottom of the screen, I see the hourglass for a second and then it dissapears and never starts up.And.........?That's it, back to the desktop. NOTHING will open up. I am not able to turn the computer off, actually. I have to unplug it and let it start up again.And then what happens? So it's not just IE it's everything? When did this start? What happened between the last time the SYSTEM started properly and the first time it did not (new HW, sw, VIRUS, error, etc)? What type of system?
