Answer» HELLO, this is the message I get from the sysocmgr.exe program when trying to modify Windows installed components from the CONTROL Panel Install/Uninstall software. I have SEARCHED the forum but have not found a definitive ANSWER, other than reinstall OS. I would be very grateful if anyone could PROVIDE me with any assistance.
