Solve : IIS WORKER PROCESS ENCOUNTERED PROBLEM?

Hi All,
I m USING windows 2003 SERVER (standard edition).
the Pop-up windows opens each time the servers boot up.
saying that,
IIS Worker process encountered problem and needed to close.
I have INSTALLED IIS on this server.
The IIS service gets UNAVAILABLE frequently.
Pls tell me solution for the above.Here you go.
