Solve : in a real STICK at school (might need SOME ms-dos experiance)? |
|
Answer» Im stuck at school... ever since the begining of the year my login hasnt been WORKING properly.. all my files have been deleted and i am, appearantly, not logging ONTO the schools server, so all my programs like AR reader, MS-word, etc. are missing. I opened MS dos ONCE to look at what it says, and they accused me of breaking it, even though it was didnt work BEFORE i opened it... I need to fix it and proove myself innocent, but how? Well i'm sure you could understand why we might be reluctant to assist... I agree... The Elementary/Jnr High thing wouldn't be a problem as I'm pretty sure the IT Admin would be able to sort that (or even notice this) if it was the root of things... ... no one is willing to help me!!! i didnt even do anything *censored*! i know alot about computers; you name it i can do it... but that doesnt mean that i would wreck my OWN account...Sorry. It's our Policy not to assist circumventing any Administrator based systems.Unfortunately we cannot offer much help as we do not know exactly how the network was set up to begin with, nor do we know exactly what you're trying to do with the server.would it help if i knew the administrators password? because i OVERHEARD them talking one day--- pass is student lolQuote from: liambiscuit on December 24, 2007, 06:04:18 AM would it help if i knew the administrators password? No, it wouldn't. As Patio already said, it's against policy for anyone here to assist you with this. I suggest dropping it. Take it up with your school and the system admins, they're the only ones who can help you. Could a moderator lock this topic? There's no reason for this discussion to continue. |
