 IM USING WINDOWS XP....   i have Created ONE user ACCOUNT...

 I disable my administrator account type.

 Now i need ENABLE  my Administrator Account from user account....

Only an Administrator can delete or disable a user account in Windows XP, so it seems you used another account that has Admistrator privileges in order to do this.

Use that account, or create another for yourself.

I recommend only one user having Administrator privileges and set all other users with limited privileges.First, log out. Then hit control-alt-delete two times. The log on screen will turn to a small window labeled "Log On to Windows". Then type "administrator" in the user name BOX. Enter the administrator password. Hit enter. (NOTE: if you didn't set up a password for admin, it may not need one)
