Solve : Initialising root folders to display? |

Answer» I GET this message everytime I try to save a new document "Initializing to Root Folders to Display" in any of the Office 2007 products. My computer just hangs while this supposed function is being carried out, It takes FOREVER, then every TIME I go to a subdirectory it does it again. It just seems to be very COUNTER productive. I have disabled/disconnected a netword drive which cured the problem but now the network drive (Z Printer Card Reader and Scanner funtion) icon in my computer has disapeared and I now cannot use either the scanner or card reader. I could just reinstall the Printer Drivers as sugested by Epson but I would still have the ORIGINAL problem back again. |
