Solve : install of programs errors?

When I TRY to download and INSTALL a program, I GET an error that says Windows cannot access the specified device
, path, or file. You may not have PERMISSIONS to access the item. Maybe the program will only install if you are part of the Administrator's group.  Or there is security SOFTWARE installed on the computer that does not allow certain types of downloads and installations.I will check the two solutions and respond.  Thanks. Should I delete all my security programs and then reinstallNo.

Are you logged into an administrator account? Does this happen with every program or just one?
