Answer» I get to 96% and get a fatail ERROR mesage. then it finishes to a 100% but it DOSE not have all components in the HP solution center. have done a leave 3 UNINSTALL but get same results.Try cleaning the CD with a soft lint-free cloth....and/or DLoad a fresh copy of the SOFTWARE. |
