Answer» I have RECENTLY installed a HP photosmart all-in-one PRINTER. Tonight when I plugged the USB from the printer into my laptop to print a Word document, I got the "Interactive Services Dialogue detection" screen. When I click to see the problem it says: C:/Windows//SMINST/BLService.exe with a microsoft visual C ++ Runtime Library error that says the APPLICATION REQUESTED the Runtime to terminate.
