Solve : " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage "?

Answer» OK KEEP getting this error everytime i turn around " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage " and getting ANNOYED. Seems like every other site i go to this error pops up; modem has been reset and optimum says line and modem and speed are fine.

Used Restore and reset i.e. has done nothing; i use malwearbytes; Ccleaner; and superanti spywear and that found nothing; un clicked ALLOW scripting.

I clicked on " Use software rendering insteadof GPU rendering " thats in advanced internet .

What about posting sys logs here wouldn t they log the error; so what logs would i post here and where do i find them ?

Hope you can help and this isn t to tricky humm . . . wondering what i keep missing . .Have you reset the modem/router ? ?" modem has been reset " thinking i NEED to read sys log but where is it and which log and what am i looking for ect . . and why do i post here from the sys log ?Run a speed test via http://www.speedtest.net/. Repeat it several times throughout the day and note the results each time. You can choose to create an account on the test site and, if signed on when running a test, they retain your history.

Do "malwearbytes; Ccleaner; and superanti spywear" appear to be updating over the Internet? Do you have any browsers other than IE installed? If so, how are they working?
tried to ping the router is getting reply ?
