Solve : Internet Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled? |

Answer» This message keeps popping up WHENEVER I change the web address and is preventing me from ADDING Adobe Flash Player. I go to INTERNET Tools and find everyhting is "enabled", so I can't do anything to correct this problem. Restarting Explorer or the computer doesn't change this.
