Answer» Hi I am new here and need simple ANSWERS for a simple mind. I have a compaq presario with windows xp-sp2 and IE 6 that for no apparent reason tells me it has ENCOUNTERED a problem and must shut down. Sometimes it does it on opening and sometimes runs for hours.
