Solve : Internet problems...PLEASE HELP!!!? |

Answer» Whenever i insert an address into the search line of the tool bar, a box pops up stating "The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context." Below the message is an "OK" button. A blank screen sometimes pops up afterwards. Also, when clicking on links on some pages the same message and box will appear. I've tried to run virus scans to see if that is the problem, but when i click on the link the box APPEARS and won't preceed any further. Could you PLEASE help with any feedback and/or suggestions you may have!! Thank you very MUCH!!Did you just install IE7? If so, uninstall IE7 via Add/Remove Programs: click Show Updates and select Windows Internet EXPLORER 7.0. Then REBOOT, REINSTALL it, and make sure you reboot immediately after you install. |
