Solve : internet problems with XP Pro? |

Answer» ok had some trouble with a friends XP Pro Dell Desktop. I open up Internet explorer and it wont display any WEBPAGE same thing with firefox and SAFARI. says no network connection found run the help tools can't get a connection with the internet call you ISP. but if i open Limewire or 360 SHARE they both work fine and i can download anything i want. also i can't restore the computer to another restore point tells me unable to restore to that point. any help would be great oh and NIC card show up fine in Device Manager and i have disable it and enabled it a few times auto updates pop up but they don't seem to down load either. Sounds like Limewire and 360 did their job an your now infected...visit our VIRUS section... |
