Solve : Internet services stop in middle :( / RESOLVED? |

Answer» This comes randomly after starting INTERNET. Sometimes after 2 hours or sometimes even in 15 mins I have updated Nod32 and no threats were found in through scan. I also have tried re-installing windows xp but ERROR started coming again after 2-3 days of re-installation. have you contacted your ISP? i'm sorry but what ISP has to do with this? error comes on my pc nah? if i do reboot then it works fine again! also after this error if i try to open windows firewall, it says it needs to start its service and it fails to start its service! everythign gets ok after reboot but this is irritating i lost my works in progress..[ and sometimes even points in games ] i didn't see your pic until reading your last post any solution over this ?If the issue PERSISTS after an XP reinstall then it's likely either the installation media is corrupted, or you have a hardware fault. Try a different NIC or another port if possible. Try diagnose your RAM, with MEMTEST86+, let it go through 3 or more runs. Don't know how much help that is but thats my 2 cents. well, as for NIC, my LAN connection with ROUTER works fine even if internet is blown. i'll try different installation media but i dont have much time for it now. and abt ram, i have ~3yrs old rams. i'll do a test. but never thot this problem will occur coz of faulty RAM! i wud expect BSOD rather. anyways thanks for replies. i'll do the test in 2 days as i'll get time and i'll reply. ThanksGo to Start / Run and type in sfc /scannow and hit Enter...have your XP CD handy as it will ask for it. Let it run til it finishes and re-boot.
