Solve : Is superAntispyware working correctly??

Answer»

I am using Vista Home Basic on an E Machine 32 bit. For security I have:
Malwarebyte ANTIMALWARE
SuperAntispyware - Professional
avast Antivirus
I usually use these about once a month for the last several months to scam my computer. Everything is fine except the SuperAntiMalware. When I use the SuperAntiMalware it scans the memory items (594) and the resistory items (5822) and never gets any threats. When I ran the last SCAN the file items started out with 24 threats and later had 104 threats and later finished with 156 threats. All the threats were "Adware tracking cookie". It got rid of them OK. My question is this: I thought the program would get rid of threats as soon as a threats appeared. If this is not true then does this mean the threat is in my computer until I run a scan? Am I CONCERNED about something that is not important?
Thanks for your time. BobTracking cookies aren't threats, or even "malware" as such. There's really no reason for real time intervention for them.ADG -
Thanks for your reply. I guess I was concerned about something that is not a problem. Bob
