Answer» I really don't know what has HAPPEN, When I try to log on to window or my domain and enter my password an error box say access denied. I've been using this same password for as long as I had this laptop. I get on windows by use guest log on , but since this was set up by me it has no Admin. access. Cannot advise you on resetting the admin password but to backup your files you could try installing the laptop hard drive as a slave, or external usb drive on another laptop or desktop using an appropriate adapter. I am not real sure EXACTLY what you are asking, but if it is help to bypass or break a password we don't help with such requests.

All the time I thought it was not accepting my password and denying me access
to log on to Windows
In reality it was my user ID that was incorrect.... problem has been resolved
