Solve : Is there Offline Installer for Microsoft .NET Framework 3 or higher??

I had a installer for FRAMEWORK 2.0 before.
That one is around 22 MB and completely offline installer.
I like that because:

  • It is offline installer
  • It's size is FAIRLY small enough with just ROUND 22 MB

Now! I'm installing higher Framework version, with the installer "dotnetfx35setup.exe" with the FILE version "3.5.21022.08". But it is not a complete installer. It is just a online installer. I mean, when i run that one, it starts installation by downloading online.

I don't WANT like that. I want full offline installer, so i can keep that one for anytime i will need in future.

  • Where can i get that official installer for version 3 or higher (like the version 2 above)?
