Solve : Is there something called copy to clipboard??

Answer»

I have a huge list of MP3's all grouped together in ONE FOLDER that I want to separate in the albums that each of the songs belong to.  But, the list is huge and copying(left click and then copy), GOING to a folder(the album name), then pasting is alot of work.  Is there a way to have a button or feature where I can click on a FILE and have it automatically saved to a common location without have to navigate to that location.  Something where, I can pick a file and then hit a button and have it go to some common place, like a clipboard? Are you familiar with Cut, Copy, Paste keys?

Hold down Ctrl-key, select files that go to common location with left mouse button. While still holding down Ctrl-key, press C-key.  Let up Ctrl-key, navigate to destination folder, highlight with left mouse button, hold down Ctrl-key, press V-key.  All files previously highlighted are copied.  To move INSTEAD of copy, press X-key instead of C-key.OOOOOOOOOOOO.

I didn't know you could hold the alt key down and pick each file.  I knew about using the box to highlight a group but the files are not side by side.

That is alot of help.
