Solve : Items in the All Programs are a cut down list?

1.	Solve : Items in the All Programs are a cut down list?
Answer» censored, here we go again! Don't NORMALLY go into "All PROGRAMS" menu via the Start Button, but I'm SURE it listed all of the programs installed, because now it's showing only the programs that have shortcut icons installed on the desktop. Is this RIGHT or am l going TOTALLY doolally?
