Answer» Dear FORUM - I am the desperate mother of an equally desperate teenager! Help! The Problem: My DAUGHTER can't PLAY her iTunes on the computer anymore. We CLICK a song and nothing happens (this occurred from one day to the next). The speakers are working. I also checked everything else I possibly could. What is the problem all of a sudden? I always update my anti-virus, and everything else is running smoothly. However, no more music for my teenager . Any suggestions? Very grateful for all and any advice in this MATTER! Thank you!!!
