Answer» I'm totally lost, I hope someone can help! ???I have Win ME, IE 6.0.28, the newest version of Java Sun (1.4.2). I attend college classes online and have had absolutely NO problems with it for the last 1 year until yesterday. :-/ I can log into the home page, but when I click on the link for the class or to read a discussion board POSTING, I get a blank page, and the error says, Line: 5 Char: 5 Error: Object doesn't SUPPORT this property or method Code: 0 URL: http://broward4.eduprise.com/web-ct/en/asis/tool_nav.asis
I have surfed all over the net looking for solutions, but I'm not very SAVVY with Java lingo, so most of it was greek to me, and, most of it really had to do with help when designing a web page and incorporating java into it. I have DSL service and use WinPoet to CONNECT because I have it set to bypass the router in the device. As I said, this has worked perfectly until yesterday. I did not do any new installs or delete anything. I do not have a firewall or popup blockers. My antivirus-ware is off. I even re-installed Java AND IE 6 and still, I get the same error. Now, the funny thing is, I installed Netscape 7.2, and I can read the pages fine in there. ???I really don't like Netscape (sorry all you Netscape fans), and I'd like to get this resolved. Please help!!!!! Well.... First, I think that you should call your Internet Service Provider, and have them give in their two cents... Also, seeing as you do not like Netscape, try MSN EXPLORER... I use it now, and I LOVE it! Here is a link... http://www.download.com/MSN-Explorer/3000-2104_4-10119669.html?tag=lst-0-5
