Answer» I have a SONY VAIO laptop with WINDOWS XP, and most of the time when I try to scroll down on anything it jumps BACK up to the top of the page. It also jumps to the beginning of a line every time I try to type anything.Nice username...anyways. How are you TRYING to scroll down? Are you holding the bar and moving the mouse down?
