Answer» I have written 37,000 words of a memoir on Microsoft Word. I have to send the disc to a printer for a self-publish book. The text is "ragged" at the RIGHT hand edge. It needs to be "justified" so that it is straight on both left and right. I now think I know how to do this... if I was starting a new document. But I don't know how to convert the existing 37,000 word document in one go. I don't want to tinker unassisted in case I wipe the whole thing out - months of work. Are there special keyboard keys to press so that I can re-format it? Sorry to be a bore, but I can't find the solution. Regards GrahamMake a copy to be on the SAFE side. Right-click the text and choose SELECT all to highlight EVERYTHING.. then click on the Justify button on the toolbar.
