Answer» when I type in WORD, Outlook or anything the letters are disappearing. In Outlook the messages are closing down as soon as start TYPING them. I have a WIRELESS ACER keyboard with new battery. when i use caps lock all typing disappears. help!there is probably a problem with the keyboard itself, i would call the manufacturer, and see if they can get you a replacement.
