Answer» I have a girlfriend that works in Windows 7 and she was TYPING away in English and when we SENT to use to apostrophe it was an e with an accent (french). How did she managed to do this and how to solve it. I could not help her since I am still in XP. It might be International English, which has the behavior MENTIONED. The International English is used by authors who need to type a few words in French, Portuguese or Spanish.
