Solve : LAG in videos when played in fullscreen in Windows 7?

guys..im using WIndows 7 and now i found out tht the video is havin LAG when played in fullscreen mode.pls help...Can you please supply us with your full system specs. Everything inc OS (full details) HDD, graphics CARD, RAM etc.
Also can you tell us the programme you are using to watch the video and where it is from? Is it ONLINE (buffering) or downloaded complete.am using Windows 7 Ultimate x32...no graphics card..1.5Gb RAM..using WMP....installed all the windows 7 codecs...its downloaded file..A NETBOOK ? ?its not in netbook..its ma PCI have the same problem... sort of...
