It has only been a problem for the last month so i know it ISNT any problems with the hardware or anything. When i open up the task manager it shows my cpu is running at 100%, with most of this USAGE coming from things called SVCHOST.EXE. I know these things are standard with windows, but they shouldnt be running at 100%? Ive read that it could be a virus or malware, but ive run scans with AVG and malware that found nothing.
