Hi,so recently my laptop was shutting down extremely slow, so I decided to do a avg tune up, disk cleaner(which wasn't working) so I also did a anti-mal scan and avg scan. I think I turn it to safe mode once, but after that I have been unable to connect to the internet, wifi, no volume, the taskbar still looks in safe mode , the sticky notes(w/my reminders) has like no color.
I am so confused,if anyone can help me please do

Its a hp 2000-369WM Notebook PCDid you make a recovery set for this laptop when you first got it? If so, I'd run that recovery set to perform a repair installation.

As FAR as it being slow... has this laptop always been kind of slow or just recently?

Looking at the specs of this laptop, its not a speedy CPU to begin with. Its a AMD E-450 1.65Ghz dual-core with a weak benchmark for what it can handle processing power wise.

If you do not have the Discs or Flash Drive(s) to perform a system recovery repair or set it to factory default CLEAN install, you could contact HP and purchase one if the WARRANTY is EXPIRED, or maybe you will luck out and they will send you one for free like my one friend had happen when he told them that he bought 3 netbooks and didnt have any of the system recovery software and wanted to install clean to them after a HDD size upgrade and they mailed him a USB Flash drive and instructions for free and his netbooks were about 14 months oldI did system recovery later,its working fine now
