Answer» Ok, I'm posting this for a client of mine. He has an INSPIRON 1420 running Windows Vista Home Premium, still warrantied. His speakers suddenly stopped working, with the Headphone jacks malfunctioning as well. I have run Hardware Diagnostics and everything's running well. I reinstalled the sound DRIVERS, and got the headphone jacks running, but the speakers are still malfunctioning. Do you GUYS know anything I can do? Thanks in advance, LeoSounds as if you have tried all the obvious items...i'd suggest he take advantage of his warranty.Thanks for the ADVICE. I have advised him similarly, though I am still looking for any fix I can muster up.
