Answer» I used to conect to the internet through my usb port wich...I found today broken;can I replace that and how? Is it physically broken? Im pretty sure its a laptop Do you have any other FREE USB ports that you can use? If not, most likely the USB is connected directly to the MOTHERBOARD, not an easy fix. If you do not have any more available USB ports, but physically have other ones to use, get a usb hub and use that so you can get an extra connection.This should be TAKEN to a shop.thank you;yes it is a laptop and it was the only usb port;now,(a women can just do so much ...)it is an OLD computer(but i still can not aford a new one)on which I changed the screen,the hard drive and did it all alone,by reading manuals and getting some help here( ;i was wondering it somebody can tell me if I can buy this usb part(it cam out from the bay yesterday with the medialink internet conector)and is it very hard to change it? thanks A good shop should charge you 40 to 50 Bucks to replace it and SOLDER it in with a new one... |
