Solve : laptop will not turn on all the way?? |

Answer» LAST week, my laptop was having trouble shutting down. It wouldn't shut down all night, so I PUSHED the power button and it shut off just fine. The next day, when I TRIED to start it up, it LET me log in and went past the loading screen, then turned black. Whenever I try to push a button to start safe mode, the buttons beep.
