Answer» I just had to re-install Windows XP (probably didn't have to, but, I'm no comp guru so that's all I knew to do to fix the problems I was having...so, on with my question... The My Documents FILES (i.e. My Music, My PICTURES, etc.) from before I re-installed windows are now inaccessible. I would like to have access to these files as I had some pics on there that are irreplaceable(sp?) Is there a WAY to access these now? I click on the icon and it says that the files are inaccessible.*crickets chirping*Did you do a repair re-install or a COMPLETE re-install? If you did a complete re-install and formatted your hard drive then you lost EVERYTHING.
