Answer» Ok, hi again. My friends computer is being wierd and i need some help to try and FIX it. Problems: 1. "DocumentViewer" keeps trying to update and i dont want it to. 2. I cant update to special package 3 3. Sometimes the computer crashes, not like normal, it just wont respond for a minute or so, and then it will. This is the main problem and i don't KNW what it could be. I've scanned with bullguard and ad aware. I've got RID of all unessesary programs, i've tried EVERYTHING but nothing works. Computer: WINDOWS XP home edition 2 Years Old 80GB used out of 130GB If anyone can help, i would really appreciate it, thanks... Joe
